Workout at ‘The Way’
The Way Martial Arts & Fitness
We are still celebrating ‘The Way’ Martial Arts & Fitness’s relocation to a great new training facility with excellent equipment.
Like our previous session we will again train in all the fun and technique that ‘The Way’ Martial Arts & Fitness has to offer: Cross-fit training, stand-up fighting (learning techniques from kickboxing, muay thai and Taekwon-Do), ground fighting (learning techniques from Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Korean Yusul), and self-defence (learning techniques from Hapkido and ITF Taekwon-Do), all in one fun workout.
This session is open to anyone, 16 years and older, regardless of your level of proficiency or previous martial arts experience.
What to wear:
You don’t need any special clothing. Please dress in something comfortable, loose fitting and light. A T-shirt and shorts or sweatpants will do just fine. There are changing rooms on the premises. (Women may wish to wear a sports bra underneath their T-shirts.)
There is a 5000 Won “mat fee” for the use of the gym. It is free for ‘The Way’ Martial Arts & Fitness members.
For those interested, we usually have lunch together at a local restaurant afterwards.
